My role: Client whisperer and program manager. In fact, I was solely hired to handle what I was informed was a challenging client but they were simply frustrated with the turnaround times. I was able to add value by responding quickly while helping internal teams by crafting social media copy, sourcing images, deploying email campaigns, and ensuring the program launched smoothly with frequent updates to the clients. In the end, we exceeded their expectations in the number of delivered leads and traffic.
