Responsible for driving growth and building client affinity at this B2B real estate news publisher. Led a lean and high-performing team, responsible for several functions –– overseeing brand strategy, subscriptions revenue, sales enablement, the launch of TRD’s first brand studio, and strategic industry partnerships.
Founder and director of the TRD Brand Studio, an in-house branded content agency that delivered over $1M in non-forecasted revenue for clients such as FTI Consulting, Avo, Compass, and JennAir in it’s first year.
Managed all content campaigns from start to finish: hired writers, edited stories, interviewed executives, implemented paid social campaigns, and monitored content performance.
Overhauled and executed paid subscriptions acquisition and customer retention strategies that resulted in a $1.5M revenue increase YOY.
Revamped TRD’s email marketing resulting in recognition by Sailthru as a top performer.
Created and executed partnerships with REBNY, CREtech, Women in Proptech, WSJ, and Institutional Investor to drive event ticket sales, site traffic, subscriptions, and newsletter growth.
Implemented new business and project management processes that were adopted across the company.
Grew event attendance for events by 25% pre-Covid and successfully introduced virtual events during the pandemic
