  • Established TRD studio, an in-house custom content, advertising and video solution for clients with projected double-digit revenue growth within the first year
  • Overhauled sales materials and collateral, resulting in an increase of leads and sales for integrated programs.
  • Refreshed existing subscription strategy and communications approach, resulting in +50% revenue growth over 2019.
  • Developed new email marketing, leading in a 10% increase in open rates and CTRs.
  • Created and executed year-long partnerships with REBNY, CREtech, Women in Proptech, WSJ and Institutional Investor to drive event ticket sales, site traffic, subscriptions, and newsletters growth.
  • Implemented new business and project management processes that were adopted across the company.
