Oversaw, mentored and actively assisted a team of 10 at Industry Dive’s content creation agency, studioID to produce strategic, thought-leadership content for healthcare, biopharma, tech, and cybersecurity clients.

  • Managed and grew the squad P&L, exceeding $16M in 2022 (35% increase YoY) via key client growth tactics: renewals, upsells, and ‘land and expand’ initiatives.
  • Ran quarterly business reviews and developed high-level client relationships to secure $$$ deals.
  • Overhauled team morale, introduced a PM tool, and acted as NY office manager and events planner.
  • Forged partnerships with sales reps to ideate content strategies and concepts in the presales stage for brands such as Lenovo and Sartorious.
  • Served as leadership liaison on top company accounts: Pfizer, IBM, Salesforce, Merck, Snowflake, Workday, Windstream, Cisco and GE Healthcare, among others.
