Progressive roles over 9-year tenure. Led digital innovation across several areas of the business –– from roles in MTV Ad Sales and Nickelodeon consumer products to negotiating and executing brand licensing partnerships.

Senior Marketing Manager—Nickelodeon Digital Games

Contributed to +$15M in yearly licensing revenue for Nickelodeon’s video games division.

  • Preserved and strengthened relationships with key game publishers (Activision, 2K Play, THQ, Xbox, Nintendo) and retailers (Walmart, GameStop, Target).
  • Played a key role in ~$8M in partnership deals with top brands (Capcom and Activision) to offset slowing video game sales.
  • Clinched +$3M yearly deal with Take-2 by creating high-impact Dora the Explorer product pitch.

Brand Marketing Coordinator—Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products

Coordinated marketing and promotional campaigns for Nickelodeon and Comedy Central shows licensed consumer products: SpongeBob, Avatar, The Daily Show, South Park, Neopets.com, as well as Nick tween products for Zoey 101 and Nickshop.com. Worked with President and EVP to craft executive-level presentations.

  • Served as the digital, trends, and pop culture expert for entire division, managing $1M annual marketing budget.

Executive Assistant—MTV 360 Ad Sales

Drove agency/advertiser logistics for MTV Ad Sales events (VMAs, Movie Awards, and Upfronts). Helped manage calendar, expenses, and presentations for SVP of National Sales. Created trendy pop-culture newsletter that went viral within MTV.
